Really Effective

TICK v0.99e BETA probably the ultimate freeware dial up enhancer for Windows featuring logging, on screen display, tools and more has now been released. Changes in this version include:

• Fixed - High CPU usage
• Fixed - Setup routine to automatically remove v0.99/a files correctly
• Added - Option to specify priority of application (idle, normal, high)
