Volume/Mute Not Supported Is Displayed Instead Of The Appropriate Mixer Controls

This informational message is displayed when it is reported by the sound card driver that either Volume or Mute/Select adjustment is not possible on a specific mixer. Sound Control displays all mixers where either Volume or Mute/Select can be adjusted.
